As a Social Media Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for content creation, curation, and community management for member stores. You will communicate and drive local reputation management and social media strategy for individual stores to increase organic SEO and online reputation. This position works collaboratively within a cross-functional team and will have frequent communication directly with the Retail Division member stores to support social media and online review management. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work schedule, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays.

In this role, you will:
- Create compelling and creative custom content for our marketing programs store-level social media accounts through the SOCi platform.
- Set up, monitor, and update local social media listings utilizing the SOCi platform, working with team members to ensure all content is posted and work with members to ensure they are getting the most out of the platform.
- Provide community management for the national accounts and member stores through the SOCi platform, responding promptly to social media reviews, comments, and messages.
- Support the Grade.us member program and the Hyper-Local Social Program by setting up member accounts, providing guidance and helping with requests and content.
- Create compelling and creative original content for syndicated social media that captures the target audience’s attention and influences action.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism preferred, along with 1-3 years of experience in marketing, search engine optimization or account management.
- Ability to distill broad or complex concepts into clear, concise, and strategic messaging, easily understood by the target audience across various formats and channels.
- Solid understanding of basic SEO implementation and content writing.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
