Do you have a passion for digital marketing and want to be part of a creative and dynamic marketing team?  We have an excellent opportunity for a Creative Coordinator in our Manchester, NH office for our Retail Groups division.  As a Creative Coordinator, you will oversee certain stages of projects, creative development of projects and deliverables within the CCA Retail Group’s marketing department. This will include design, project management, writing, and file organization. You will work specifically with the Brand Team, but also cross-functionally with internal teams and agency/vendor partners to ensure timely and flawless execution of promotions and campaigns for all brands. You will also help develop digital media assets (banner ads, email, social and web) for annual promotions and evergreen campaigns as well as traditional creative assets (in-store displays, print advertising, direct mail, TV, radio). While you will primarily report to the Brand team, you will have exposure to the broader marketing team and support special projects and other exciting initiatives across multiple brands.

Our Creative Coordinator will:
  • Contribute to developing promotions across all CCA Retail Divisions, including content creation and customization for applicable members.
  • Customize existing content and help design fully custom creative content for members across all brands.
  • Review content created and released for members to ensure consistency across all visual assets and through the brand voice.
  • Create and manage deliverable schedules on project management platforms such as Airtable, Asana, etc.
  • Update Member distribution lists and tracking. Participate in weekly meetings to provide updates and input for upcoming projects. Maintain and organize photography and video libraries and track talent TV and photography licenses.
  • Manage digital and online store inventory on marketplace platforms.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and other internal teams to create additional assets needed more efficiently.
  • Participate in special projects across all retail divisions. Provide operational support to various teams and projects. Assist with member projects and inquiries to support brand and marketing initiatives.  Attend a week-long convention annually.  Occasional local travel throughout the year attending meetings and Member store visits.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, and 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or other related field.
  • Experience with creative development, video productions and marketing communications.
  • HTML and web development experience preferred, with a strong understanding of effective digital execution, including best practices for copy, creative, and overall user experience.
  • Strong writing and personal computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • A graphic design portfolio demonstrating your skills is required to be considered for this position.
