We are excited to invite applications for the role of Training Project Manager in our CCA University division at our Manchester, NH office. The Training Project Manager is responsible for the writing, development, and delivery of a variety of virtual and in-person instructor-led trainings (ILT) for retail sales and management, and also for the writing and development of online learning content. This position will oversee the development, and delivery of multiple training projects, responsible for managing the budget, strategic communications, tracking process and progress, and establishing performance dashboards for the lifecycle of the entire project.
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work schedule, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and conduct training programs (instructor-led, virtual, and online learning) for various divisions in CCA and evaluates the success of them.
- Prepare and execute programs against budgets.
- Project manage assigned training initiatives, including development timelines and responsibilities, creates the instructional design, develops learning materials, and executes the programs/initiatives throughout the process.
- Execute administrative functions, such as expense reports, member communication, member follow-up.
- Ensure all training programs and projects are on schedule adhering to the established CCA University standard operating procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in adult education or equivalent education and business/management experience plus 5 years training and development experience (both writing/developing and facilitation); retail training experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of the ADDIE or SAM model of training development is beneficial.
- Personal computer skills (Microsoft office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and knowledge of video editing technology such as Camtasia, as well as virtual platforms such as Webex and Zoom is important.
- Excellent technical and creative writing skills, as well as spelling grammar skills.
- Must be able to comfortably and confidently present and facilitate to large audiences.
- Industry knowledge of flooring products, processes, and technology are a plus.
- This position requires 60% travel.
