Your dream job might be closer than you think as a Manager, Member Services in our Manchester, NH for our Retail Groups Division.  Alongside great benefits and a collaborative, friendly work environment, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays.  We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Account Management professional with outstanding customer service, communication, and people management skills.

As a Member Services Manager, you will oversee and motivate the Regional Business Consultant (RBC) team, ensuring alignment with goals set by the VP of Member Services. This role involves coaching, training, and providing direct guidance to RBCs to drive goal attainment. Additionally, the Manager supports the VP in understanding and implementing Retail Group tools, products, and services aimed at enhancing member growth and profitability.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in leading account teams focused on customer service, be comfortable interfacing with client members, can prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, technology driven environment, and work effectively and calmly under deadlines.

In this role, you will:
  • Assist the VP of Member Services with new program rollouts, policy development, budgeting, and special initiatives.
  • Ensure successful Member participation through consistent, personalized communication and issue resolution.
  • Coach and mentor RBC staff in delivering high-impact retail, marketing, financial, and operational consulting.
  • Collaborate on the creation and delivery of training programs to strengthen RBC capabilities.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with Members by understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to the VP of Member Services to support strategic alignment.
  • Design and execute a weekly outreach plan for RBCs to keep Members informed and aligned with company vision.
  • Guide RBCs on strategies to drive Member participation, core purchasing, and rebate performance.
Are you a match? We’re looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business and 3-5 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service, or the equivalent combination of a high school degree plus 5-7 years related education and experience.  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing people.
  • Must have computer skills including Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Must be proficient in conducting web-based research, using common social media platforms for business purposes, and navigation mobile and tablet-based technologies.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and respond quickly, outstanding follow up and the ability to learn and absorb new information quickly.
  • Must be able to travel as needed for 3-5 days each trip.
  • Flooring industry experience is a plus.
