We are seeking a detail-oriented, digitally focused, collaborative marketing associate as a Marketing Coordinator in our Manchester, NH office for our Retail Groups division. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our members’ digital presence, ensuring their marketing activities are executed seamlessly, their online reputation stays strong, and opportunities to improve their digital presence are identified and addressed.
You’ll use cutting-edge marketing tools to help businesses get discovered online, support their digital marketing efforts, and help generate positive online reviews. You’ll also support member engagement by responding to requests, conducting member outreach, coordinating account deliverables, and collaborating with Brand, Web, Social, Paid Digital, and other internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives are communicated, tracked, and completed accurately and on schedule.
By keeping account information and data accurate and reviewing digital performance, you’ll identify trends, uncover marketing opportunities, and help members get the most out of their digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll work directly with members and internal teams to support and execute effective digital marketing strategies that drive visibility, traffic, awareness, and engagement for their stores.

Our Marketing Coordinator will:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned members, providing responsive support, managing requests, coordinating next steps, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
- Support members' online reputation management by monitoring reviews, researching feedback, and developing thoughtful, brand-aligned responses while escalating complex situations when necessary.
- Manage and track projects, deliverables, and member requests using project management tools to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives and member requests, partnering with internal subject matter experts to support strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
- Proactively engage with members through calls and outreach, encouraging program participation while identifying opportunities to strengthen marketing performance and visibility.
- Analyze digital marketing performance data, including organic and paid marketing efforts, to identify trends, share insights, and support marketing recommendations for members.
- Assist with account audits, marketing projects, administrative activities, and special initiatives that enhance the overall member experience and support team objectives.
- Stay current on retail, flooring, digital marketing, competitor, and industry trends, applying insights to member interactions and continuously expanding marketing expertise.
Do our requirements match YOUR background?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing or account management.
- Skilled in discussing broad or complex concepts and simplifying them into clear, concise, strategic messaging for easy consumption by target audiences across various formats and channels.
- Experience with CMS platforms (like WordPress), Google Analytics and HTML is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
